| Scope 1 | 11.3 |
| Scope 2 | 1.22 |
| Scope 3 (included sources) | 4.87 |
| Total | 17.38 |
3. Reporting year emissions

5. Environmental management measures
Measures implemented since the 2022 baseline have demonstrably reduced our carbon footprint by approximately 2.9 tCO2e, or approximately 16%. The measures below are in effect when performing contracts and will continue to be developed:
- Energy efficiency: reducing energy demand and improving the efficiency of the premises, equipment and services used by the business.
- Travel and transport: reducing unnecessary travel, considering lower-carbon travel options and improving the efficiency of business transport.
- Waste and resource efficiency: reducing consumption, avoiding waste, reusing materials where practicable and improving recycling and responsible disposal.
- Supply chain engagement: working with suppliers and partners to understand, manage and reduce the emissions associated with goods and services.
6. Governance and review
This plan has been reviewed and signed off by the board of directors. It will be reviewed and updated at least annually so that progress, assumptions, data and reduction measures remain current.
7. NHS alignment
Our commitment aligns with NHS net zero expectations, including the ambition to reach net zero by 2045 for emissions that the NHS can influence. We will continue to consider carbon reduction in our operations, procurement and delivery of services.
